Objective: Find 5 advertisements online from magazines or flyers. Place them in Illustrator and use your blob brush tool to markup the intended eye flow. Then, place a text box inside responding to our considerations for line and type. Tasks: 1) View demonstration on assignment. 2) Find an advertisement online. 3) Copy/paste into Illustrator. 4) Use your blob brush tool to trace out the intended eye flow. 5) Answer the considerations below in a paragraph for line and type in a text box. DESCRIBE how the considerations work or not in a sentence for each. 6) Repeat four more times. 7) Save to the RW$ drive with FirstLastAnalysis.ai. You may do this with multiple artboards within one file. Line considerations: - Do the lines enhance the design? - Do the lines organize the design? - Do the lines set a mood? - Does the design work without the lines? Type considerations: - Do the fonts have the right voice? - Is it readable? - Is there enough contrast? - Is the hierarchy clear? - Was the design proofread? - How many fonts were used?
